From a recent estate sale is a vintage Majestic purse. The purse has a clear
lucite handle and top and a gold and silver metal basket weave design on the
sides. The inside of the purse has a gold satin lining. Across the top the
purse measures about 8 3/4" by 4 3/4" and then it is 4" high. The handle adds
another 4 5/8" when held upright. The lining has some red spots. The rim of the
purse has small spots of surface rust as shown in photos 8 and 9. The hardware
on the inside of the top that connects the handle also shows some specks of
surface rust. One small worn spot on the gold finish of the outside bottom. The
lucite top seems in good condition with light surface wear.
