An awesome vintage 1950s, large size, cream marble Samsonite suitcase style
#4551. Samsonite referred to this color as Natural Rawhide.

Exterior: good condition with some scuffs, scratches, and marks. Hard rubber
trim and cloth stitching are in good shape with some minor wear. Brass hardware
(working, no key) has some scratches and patina.

Interior: very good condition, no stains or odors, just some very minor stains
and scuff marks from use. Interior side elastic pocket bands are in good
condition. There is one missing grommet on the corner of one of the flaps (see
last photo.)

Large size size, measures 21X18X8

Interior tag says: “Samsonite Luggage Style 4551, Shwayder Bros., Inc.,
Denver.”

A wonderful suitcase to add interest to your vintage decor. Great movie, play
or photo prop.
