You can fill the gym bag with up to 9kg depending on which ropes it has. We
recommend filling the bag with up to 7kg, as the seams of the rope holder will
otherwise suffer.

All bags are lined with a white cotton fabric.
You can wash our bags all at 30 degrees. We recommend turning the bag to the
left and put it in a laundry bag.
