At Hemp Earth, our image stands for sustainability, community, and quality. We

Hemp Earth is about designing, creating, and distributing high quality
accessory items. All of our product line is made in Nepal from sustainable
natural materials, with the majority of our line being crafted from 100% hemp.
Vegetable dye is used for colouring and all of our leather comes from recycled
sources. We are in partnership with artisans from the mountains of Nepal, so
each product sold directly helps support local communities.



Can I return my item?

Yes, at HempEarthShop we will fully refund you if you change your mind or are
for some reason not satisfied with your purchase. We ask that you return your
item in its original ‘new’ state within 14 days of receipt. You are responsible
for the cost of return postage.

At HempEarthShop, we inspect every item inside and out before it gets shipped.
If there is a sincere fault in your purchase, we simply ask that you contact us
so we can arrange for a full refund including cost of return postage. We ask
that you contact us immediately after receiving your faulty item, as we will
accept refunds for faulty items only within 14 days of receipt.
