The luggage / identification tags will be laser cut and engraved and made from
real bamboo wood, or lamacoid (brushed gold or brushed silver).

I will send you a digital proof before the process begins. Once you have given
final approval, production of your order will begin.

Please be sure to provide all the necessary information for all four tags.
Multiple tags do not have to be the same style or contain the same information.


Luggage / Identification Details

• Laser cut and engraved from either bamboo wood or lamacoid.
• Bamboo details: 1/8" thick sturdy bamboo wood.
• Lamacoid details: sturdy 1/8 inch thick (3mm), choice of silver or gold.
Detail is engraved to bring out black layer underneath.
• Bamboo details: sturdy 1/8 inch thick natural bamboo wood.
• Lightweight and easy to transport.
• Size is 3.75" x 2.125" (94mm x 53mm).
• Your luggage / identification tag(s) will be packaged securely to ensure
that you will receive your item in perfect condition.
• Stainless steel wire loop is included to attach the tag to your luggage, gym
bag, school bag, or whatever personal item requires identification. Wire is
made from 1.5mm thick cable. It has a threaded attachment so can easily be put
together or taken apart. Loop is extremely strong when threaded together.


How to order

• Please write your required information in the Note to Seller section at
checkout, as you would like it to appear on the tag. Messaging me works too!
• Please note that every natural wood luggage / identification tag may have
slight variations in the color and in the engraving.
• If you forget to add a note, it's no problem. I will provide you with a
digital proof before making, and changes can be made. Once final approval has
been given, no more changes will be permitted.
• The "Airport Code" style can be customized to whichever airport code you
wish.


Shipping

• Please note that I do all laser cutting once per month, at the end of the
month. Orders will usually be received by the 15th of the month. I will try my
best to ship as soon as possible once cutting and engraving has been done. For
example, if your order is placed on the 10th of the month, it will be made on
the 31st, and shipped before the 15th of the following month. Please do not
expect rush orders.
• Shipping time varies, depending on your location, approximately 5 - 8
business days.
• International shipping varies, 1-6 weeks, (working days only, excluding
weekends).
• INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Please note that buyer is responsible for all
customs fees, duties and import taxes and they vary by country.
• All packages will be shipped via Canada Post.


If you need to make a return...

• I guarantee that your luggage / identification tag will be made as you
ordered it. No changes will be allowed once final approval has been given.
• If I make a mistake I will provide a replacement. Due to the personalization
on custom orders, items cannot be returned.
