All of our lettering is in capitals only just as in the pictures of all our
products.

Because this is a hand made one of a kind item with minimal machinery
involvement, we allow slight imperfections to be present on our products and
cases, such as letter positioning and alignment, as well as foil texture on the
leather due to the leathers natural texture. Lettering may not be 100% in the
middle of the phone case or our products as it is a hand finished product.
Allow 1cm-2cm on either side difference.

Due to different monitor settings and lighting, the actual case or product
colour may slightly differ. However, we do our best to show the best colour
match in our photos and avoid heavy photo editing or colour manipulation.

If you select free shipping or standard delivery please note that the delivery
estimated times are NOT guaranteed. Delivery times are subject to customs
checks, how busy the postal service is and any other circumstances that the
postal service may encounter which we are not responsible for. If you require
express shipping select express shipping from the check out which is guaranteed.

All our goods are personalised and we do not accept exchanges or refunds for
incorrect orders. Please double check when ordering items from us. Check your
phone case model and any other goods that you purchase from us. If you do need
to return a product to us that we are not of fault you are responsible for the
shipping cost back to us.

If you have selected an incorrect address for your item to be shipped too or
it is returned back to us due to missed delivery or not collecting it at the
post office the cost of shipping that item back out to you is at your cost.
