Choose to personalize the item with a monogram or name. Personalizations will
be embroidered. Monograms should be given in the order of First-Last-Middle.

Processing time is 10 to 12 days from order to shipment. Processing time does
not include shipping time which is typically 3 to 4 days. If you choose an
upgraded shipping, your order will be shipped as soon as it is processed using
the upgraded shipping you choose. I ship using USPS. Once shipped you will
receive a shipping notification with a tracking number.

I do not accept rush orders, however if you have a time frame you need your
order to arrive by, please let me know. I may be able to accommodate a faster
processing time on a case by case basis. I cannot move an order faster during
peak production times like Christmas, Back to School, and other holidays.
