Antique Unique Brown Leather Camera Case/Luggage

This handsome brown antique camera case/ luggage has a story that we'd really
love to hear. The brown leather has been restored, albeit, somewhat stiff from
age. The piece of living history has a top handle which has been riveted in
place with a metal bar on the inside. All sides have been formed with precisely
placed rivets and each corner has been reinforced with a metal brace. The top
slides down over the bottom half and yes, its a tad sticky, but totally
movable. As you can see in the photos, one side of the top has been repaired
with the same rivets that were used down the sides of the leather luggage which
makes it almost appear as a decorative piece added to the luggage. The bottom
of the luggage has wood reinforcements which also appears to perhaps also
served to house straps. One side of the lower half also has repair which adds
to its charm.

A truly authentic unique and gorgeous piece of luggage, a statement piece.

The suitcase measures 20" wide X 10" deep X 18" tall.
